Indoor Sales Cum Coordinator

Position Level Fresh/Entry Level Requirements - Hardworking, eager to learn and self-motivated individuals - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong sense of responsibility and proactive attitude - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills - Ambitious mindset and driven to succeed - Positive attitude, strong work ethic and a customer-centric approach - Knowledge of building materials (preferred, but not required) Responsibilities SALES: - Build and expand our customer base through various channels such as phone, email, website, Facebook and walk-in. - Handle incoming sales inquiries. - Prepare and present sales quotations and proposals. - Follow up on leads, convert them into sales, and achieve sales targets. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. - Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities. - Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients. - Manage and follow up on payment collections from assigned customers. COORDINATION: - Process sales orders and generate invoices. - Coordinate and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods. - Manage inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for stock replenishment. - Address and resolve customer concerns efficiently. - Maintain organized records of sales orders, deliveries, and inventory. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations. - Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
